Razan Abu-Hashish >began her legal career at DWF as a Litigation Paralegal, managing a caseload and supporting solicitors on complex employment cases.

Razan then joined Peninsula UK as an Employment Law Consultant, providing employment law advice and managing the early stages of employment tribunals. She also created and provided training to colleagues. Her next move was to Bonham & Brook, a firm of tax consultants and funding advisers, where, as Senior Human Resources Coordinator, she transformed the human resources (HR) department to serve a growing international business.

She developed and implemented policies, advised senior leaders on complex employment matters, including the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, and led the adoption of HR information systems. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Certificate from The University of Law.
